Shipping Policy
Order Confirmation
Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.
Immediately after receiving your order, we contact our suppliers to verify stock availability and confirm it is ready for shipment.
If your item is backordered or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and notify you by email.
If your item is available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process your payment and submit the order for shipping.
Order Shipment
If your order is in stock and payment has been processed, it will ship within five business days from the order date.
You will receive tracking details via email within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse, sent to the email address provided at checkout.
If you do not receive tracking information within six business days, please contact us at support@carliftdirect.com.
Shipping to the USA and Canada:
We ship only to the United States and Canada. If our website allows checkout using your shipping address, your order will be fulfilled accordingly.
Changing Address
If your order has already been processed or shipped and you need to change your delivery address, we will do our best to accommodate the change. Please note this may cause delays.
Any additional charges from the freight carrier due to the address change will be the customer’s responsibility. No exceptions.

All shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. We work closely with our vendors to ship orders as quickly as possible.
If you choose to cancel an order due to shipping delays, you will be responsible for all related costs, including shipping fees, warehouse storage charges, and any other associated expenses.
If you choose to dispute a charge, please contact us first to resolve the matter. Unauthorized disputes on fulfilled orders may delay future purchases.

Shipping Options
Curbside Delivery (Free) – Standard delivery to your curb or driveway. Usually arrives within 6–12 Days after your order is placed.
Threshold Delivery – Your order is delivered onto your porch or into a sheltered/garage area.
White Glove Delivery – Your order is delivered to the room of your choice, includes minor assembly, and all packaging materials are removed.
