Warranty Conditions:
Claims must be submitted within the warranty period.
Warranty is non-transferable and requires proof of purchase or an order number from an authorized vendor.

All claims must be approved by Katool’s warranty/service department.
Photos or videos may be requested for defect verification.
Do not disassemble the equipment before receiving authorization.
Equipment outside warranty coverage will require the buyer to pay for replacement and shipping costs.
