Katool provides a 1-year limited warranty covering all parts and product defects at no charge. Additionally, a 2-year extended warranty is available for Katool and M&E automotive equipment.
Warranty Coverage Includes:

Vehicle lifts include an additional 3-year structural warranty
Warranty Conditions:
Claims must be made within the active warranty period.
Warranty is non-transferable and requires proof of purchase or original order number from an authorized vendor.
Replacement parts and shipping are provided free of charge.
All warranty claims are subject to review and approval by Katool’s warranty/service department.
Photos or videos of defects may be required for verification.
Do not disassemble any equipment before a determination is made.
Equipment outside warranty coverage will require the buyer to cover replacement and shipping costs.
Labor costs are not included under the warranty policy.
